vendor contracts

  • The Board of Directors, acting on behalf of Alpenwald Village, Inc., will solicit bids for the following contracts:
  • Road Maintenance SOW: Year round maintenance of approximately nine miles of unpaved private roadway.
  • Lawn Care SOW: Maintenance and care for lawn and plantings in common areas.

  • Bids should be submitted via email to alpenwaldvillageinc@gmail.com or alternatively, by regular post to Alpenwald Village Board, Box A43 Route 100 Readsboro, VT 05350. Bids must be recieved no later than April 15th by close of buisness to be considered. Upon receipt, you will receive an acknowledgement of such. Vendor contracts are valid for a period of one year commencing on June 1st and valid through May 31st of the following year. All vendors must maintain insurance naming Alpenwald Village, Inc. as an additional insured and provide us with a Certificate of Insurance. All bids received will be reviewed and awarded during the Annual Member Meeting held in May of each year.
