USE & dESIGN DRIVEWAY PERMIT
As described in further detail in the Declaration of Protective Property Rights, prior to the commencement of any excavation on any parcel of land, property owners must submit to the Use and Design Committee all site plans, building design, septic and building permits for prior approval.
Property owners, or contractors working on their behalf, must submit a driveway permit application prior to the construction of a new driveway or repair of an existing driveway. Driveway and culvert installation and repair remain the responsibility of the landowner forever. Driveways must conform to the Vermont Standard Specifications for Construction B-71.
