NEW ENTRANCE SIGNS
The board has commissioned Neathawk Designs to customize new signs as part of our revitalization project to the main entrance of our community.
The signs will be 2D with the trees fully painted to look more realistic. The color palette will match that of the mailbox shed. A sign will be placed on each side of the entranceway replacing the old signs that were removed.

"Sasquatch" Trail: This is a reminder that the trail granting direct access from AVI to the VASA, VAST and Dutch Hill trails is located on private property and privately maintained. The owners' have been generous enough to allow all AVI members access for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, VASA and VAST access. At the request of this owner, we are reminding members this is a "pass through only" trail. The use of this trail is a privilege not a right and the owners' reserve the right to revoke access at any time. Please remember to respect your neighbors and their property.
Dumpster: Please be advised that effective July 31, 2020, the dumpster contract with Triple T has been terminated and the dumpster will be removed as of this date. Effective August 1, 2020, all members will be responsible once again for the handling and disposal of their own garbage.
